Honestly, I’m just as thrilled about the fact that I made the insanely simple 2 minute and 35 second video below—because to get to this point has felt like pulling myself up a cliff by my chin, and then moving a few mountains.
I’ve been working through the fear of being seen and heard outside of my comfort zone of the 2D—the written word. Cringing at the sound of my voice, wincing at the sight of my body and my face, wanting to edit and re-edit every word. How can what I say be good enough if I can’t stand to see myself say it? I’d been stuck in the quicksand and confusion of perfectionism and self-judgment.
BUTTTTT! With lots of help, support, prayer, love, and a true heart’s desire to share what I’m passionate about, I'M GETTING THE FUCK OVER IT.
So I didn’t freeze trying to talk into the endless void of a black screen, when it was time to make this video, my amazing biz magician Lauren recited an invokation and cheered me on from her zoom room in South Africa and we shot this puppy in ONE TAKE. Because I could reshoot it 1000 times and edit every single ounce of life right out of my bloodstream. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
And tonight when I realized I didn’t have the right version of the Mp4 to upload, my 21-year old son helped me find the right clips in i-movie—WOOHOOO! Y’all sometimes it takes a village to raise an already grown woman! The face I’m making in the thumbnail is ridiculous, but HELL. It’s me—a woman I’m going to devote the rest of my life learning to love.

Through simple but powerful practices such as energy work, guided meditations, the chakra system, and oracle cards, we’ll dive deep into our own mythologies, archetypes, and visions for the future.
